Here is author, Shelby Wagner, sharing an activity she enjoys with her friend, Linda Rehmeyer. Performances are for senior centers, nursing homes, and community events. Shelby advocates staying active as a means for helping one feel better. In her book, "Learning to Dance in the Rain II," Shelby explains that "dance" is a metaphor for activity, and whatever activity you choose, such as; taking a walk, shooting pool, bowling, playing cards, etc, becomes your "dance". Playing the piano with friend, Linda, has helped both women navigate their grief and move forward with their lives. Shelby's new video series about grief and grieving provides a virtual support group for those who are grieving.
